I saw/heard a hip-hop/dance song by someone out of ATL. Who is it?

I was at a club and they were playing it on the big screen, so I ume its kinda new. I know the artist is black with dreads/braids about as long as lil wayne's and I think the theme of the song was about "". The video was shot outside, possibly in his neighborhood with his friends. Another thing I remember is that one of the guys the video flashed to was of a white dude with tats on his neck in a b-ball jersey. I know I probably just described thousands of songs/videos out there, but I thought I would give it a shot. If you think you know what Im talking about, please send me a link to the video.
