What in the hell is David Lynch's movie "Lost Highway" about...?

I enjoy cool and unusual films sometimes, including David Lynch's other projects like Wild at Heart and Blue Velvet... But for the life of me, FOR YEARS NOW... I do not "get" Lost Highway... Help?
