What should I do...I have a Dr. complaint?

My daughter had eye surgrey this morning well she has been crying all day the dr. called in pain meds. they didnt work still crying so he told me to take her the ER. I did when we got there in triage they checked her blood pressure and it was 142/94 She is 7 with PKD that is extremely high just google the charts. I mentioned how high that is and nothing was said or nothing I guess they just thought I was a dumb mom. When we got back there to the room I mentioned it to the Dr and got blown off again. He spent a total of 2 minutes int he room looked at her with the light pen told her to look up, down. to the sides. and that is IT nothing else and walked out he was so rude, and incompient. I got a complaint form and I will call some one tomorrow What would be the best route should I talk to an attorney? She could easily have a stoke with that kind of blood pressure that is extremely high
