What is your opinion about US Evangelicals promoting dead sentence to gay people on Uganda?

If your suggesting that another country is responsible for disease epidemics spread in other countries through unsafe , I think your misled on who is at fault. If you are saying that there are American evangelists who are calling for the death of s in other countries, well, that seems they would be lacking compion and mercy.
