How to be straightforward with girls?

I'm a high school junior, and it seems as if most girls my age are real immature. Thanks to a couple cousins, and first hand experience I am becoming a seasoned vet when it comes to females. I have a "large, and in charge" approach and it seems to work just fine, but when it comes to linking up with the chicks I bag, they seem to want to play games, which leads to nothing. How can a guy always be straightforward with girls?
