I have eye liner problems?

Instead of doing liquid eyeliner, or pencil eyeliner, i'd actually suggest above all that you switch to gel eyeliner. I myself have went through the struggles of not being able to maintain freshness of liquid eyeliner, and having pencil liner smudge or fade. I use Maybelline Eye studio gel liner in blackest black, and what I love about it is that it doesn't smudge or fade and it keeps its color all day. You can use it for both the bottom and top eye lid. And since you mentioned issues with the other two, as i've experienced myself - I figured a suggestion of a different type of liner may help most of all. Either way, I wish you luck on your makeup! :)
