Palm Treo 680 or 750?

I'm about to enter college (so i'm talking in a student's context) and I want a PDA phone that can track my contacts and organize my schedule; basically a PDA phone than can give my life more order. I want to edit microsoft doents while on the road and I want the OS to look good. Do I get the Palm 680 or 750?
