Please Help?? Compare Shakespeare's Sonnet 130 to Labe's Sonnet 23?

Please Help!!!! I have to compare these two sonnets but the only comparisons I can find are that they both talk about a woman and are 14 lines long. That's not long enough for 3 paragraphs. What else do they have in common????
