Sudden wright loss of 5 months old?

Im not sure what kgs are in lbs but it is normal for a child when sick not wanting to eat or really drink. Just make sure that the baby keeps fluids in him and if the weight loss continues or increases call your doctor ASAP! Try some pedlight.
