Why do we want to support a justice would find it difficult simply following the law vs obama marxist advocacy?

According to conservative doctrine, Harvard is a private university and can refuse a government official from appearing in their University to recruit people. So let me get this straight, you want a supreme court justice to force a PRIVATE university to let a GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL to recruit GOVERNMENT WORKERS into their GOVERNMENT PROGRAM. That doesn't sound very conservative to me.
