Why is he doing this?GIRLS PLZ HELP!!!?

This guy I like always talks to me, chats with me, IMs me, and even starres at me(or at least I think so)I just recently told him I like him...hes been acting really weird like talking 2 me more often and starring at me. Is he flirting? Does he like me or sumthin? Am I just overreacting?
