Why should Paris Hilton get a lighter sentence?

She had gotten her sentence cut in half because of good behavior? I thought she was going to jail for being bad? You are supposed to get good behavior cuts WHILE you're in jail. She has also been told to report to jail on whatever date they said. Mr. Average Joe Schmo would be dragged out of the courtroom as soon as the judge slammed down the gavel. Is this a crock of sh*t or what?
