Help!! I need a natural decongestant?

Horehound is a natural expectorant and decongestant. I take 1oz dried horehound into 6 oz water every 4 hours. Taking a theutic grade oil would be even more effective, although you should see an herbalist for dosing information. It works better (imho) then any otc antihistamines and decongestants, wont give you the crystal dried feeling or completely stuff your nose up, and your head will be clear. I always use it, just make sure to find the dried stuff as fresh as possible or it loses its efficacy.
