I never had friend when I was young I'm 31 now and went to a lawn fete today?

with my cousin whose 26 she ran into 50 ppl she knew hugging and joking around with them that saddens me I lived in Buffalo NY my whole life know no one was too shy and scared growing up never even dated before guys paid me no attention. any one else with this unique screwed up problem I wish like hell I can just meet ppl & talk but never know what to say. plus never go no where so how can I have things to conversant about?
