why don't you have an outdoor get together. Have everyone bring a dish and something that represents a favorite memory of you. Have several cameras,take pictures that everyone can have copies of. Your friends will not care where you have a party,they will be glad that they have the opportunity to say good-bye. And welcome to the states!
